About Denbesten Real Estate

This family-run business started in 1977 when Ray and Irene put their financial security in jeopardy and purchased their first 8-unit apartment building. The risk paid off and expanded to a full-service real estate company, “Denbesten Real Estate”. The excitement of real estate sales never matched Ray's enthusiasm for his apartment management. He prides himself on offering clean and affordable apartments with service and a smile. So, the business divided into two categories, rentals and sales. Ray is still the owner of “Denbesten Properties”, and Catherine the owner of “Denbesten Real Estate”. Denbesten Properties has a full-time maintenance man, Bryan Fulton. Catherine still helps Ray with the books. Ray and Irene�s other daughter, Carol is a doctor in the U.S. Army.  Be sure to check out our newest team member Lana Miller.
