Working with the Denbesten Family since 1996 has given me a spectrum of knowledge of real estate. As a full-time maintenance man, I know what pitfalls to look for and suggestions to offer when a buyer is looking for a home. As a Real Estate Agent, I know how to find the property you want and need. As a home-owner, I know that buying a home is a huge financial commitment. As the owner of a rental property, I know the value of preparing for my own retirement through real estate. With time, the mutual trust between my broker (Cathy), her family, and me has been valuable and mutually beneficial. My position has grown from part-time to full-time with flexible scheduling which allows me to serve my clients as a real estate salesperson. I am eager to build that trust and mutually beneficial relationship with my clients. I will rest at night knowing I helped with a life-changing purchase by ethically helping customers and keeping their best interest always in the front of my mind. Personally, I have a wide range of hobbies and interests. I was born and raised in Bloomington and graduated from District 87 public schools. In December 2007, I married my first girlfriend from Junior High School. I am a proud father of a creative, smart, and witty boy. Beautiful skies and nature scenes bring out the artistic photographer in me. I have had work displayed in the McLean County Art Museum in Downtown Bloomington's Cultural District. I guarantee that I will devote the time and talent that I have for real estate to my clients. I guarantee that I will not pressure anyone into buying or selling when it is not in their favor. I strive for 100% customer satisfaction.Email: bryan@denbestenrealestate.com
