I am thankful to Connie because I originally wanted to buy a house in another area but she recommended the area where we eventually bought and it turned out to be a better deal. This demonstrated that Connie has passion to serve and deep expertise and skills to help her clients. In the long process of my house hunting, Connie helped us identify candidates by asking targeted questions, keeping a list houses by ranks of how the house matches our needs. Once the list got shorter, Connie did thorough analysis on the candidates and comparable houses using past sales data, to determine the offer price. This is the house we plan to live in for many years to come.  We really like it.
